As a Technical Account Manager II at AWS, I drive technical solutions to complex problems for AWS customers and partners, utilizing AWS environment, services, and tools. I have successfully delivered custom cloud solutions involving AWS services, such as migrations, financing, and roadmap planning, for some of the biggest US clients in the software industry. With a Master's degree in Information Technology and Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, I have developed strong skills in business development, system design, product development, and operations domains. I am interested in learning and applying new technologies, especially in cloud computing, AI, and mobile services. I have also earned four AWS certifications, demonstrating my proficiency and expertise in AWS cloud services. I enjoy working with diverse teams across different geographical locations and managing multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.
